I think they're still better than what Caster and Philips has though.

These chinese Sylvanias are pretty good! They are made by Sylvania's parent company Osram. Never seen one go dim yet.

Yeah mine works great. I'm not really fond of the pinkish tone of /DX Sylvania lamps but the quality of the light is the best I've seen from MV so the pros outweigh the cons. Smile I also have an NOS 1990 Sylvania BT37 that I can use in my M-400 too but I'd like the hours on it low, as it's NOS.

I have a few of them too, I use them now instead of my vintage lamps.
