Yep, post top fixtures, I found the manufacture of these lights once but I don't recall who it was (or is since I think these are still made).

There were some of these next to the hotel i stayed at on Lundy's Lane in Niagra Falls, Ontario. They were HPS, like this. The local Toys R Us has these in MH at the Rhode Island Mall here in Warwick.
