These types of lights light up my old school's parking lot. I think they were a smaller version though.. The refractor was i think plastic. These sort of remind me of Q-tips.
Yeah This appears to have some sort of cut off louver inside it where as the ones at my old school didn't. Thhe ones there aren't that bright and are MH.
LOL does kinda look like a Q-tip
There is some sorta louver-ish-thingie inside but it was hard to tell exactly what it was like...these were on fairly tall poles, plus I was riding in the car LOL
