i wonder why tenns courts always have shoeboxes mounted on davit-like poles liek this. The tennis court lights at the place i go for vacation are like this but single fixtures, each one with two probe start Mh lamps and look like this but are green instead.

There's one near my house with sportslighters on 60-70ft tall poles. They recently replaced everything but they put up some new sportslighters and poles.

I've seen others with lights like this (maybe even the same thing, just on the poles differently)
I think these ones were MH .. but I don't remember for sure now...

the ones at the resort i stay at more or less look the same as this one:
