they're rare here too except in pawtucket.

There's a small number of the FCO version here, installed in the early-mid 90s.

the FCO version is non-existant here. The closesy thing to it would be the M-400A FCO, which I've only seen in parking lots here. I saw them on the streets in Brockton though (or maybe they were the M-400A2 FCO version, i forget...)
