very nice I beleve some one still makes MA lamps for the MOD there still listed in the nato thing (colin knows a hell of a lot more) but apart from the MOD the last MA lamps here were made around 1965-70. GEC contnud making old style lamps like MB/U SLI/H(SLI/H lamps preduction ended in 89 i think) lamps etc right to the bitter end in 1992 (I had one of the last BC tubes made it was from 1992)
