@BULB FREAK, no it's a GE M400A with the glass refractor removed to show the lamp lit up. See here, the one on the top. The GE Form 109 looks like this.

I know watt a form109 and an M400A looks like but I did not know watt the reflectors looked like.BTW I also got an A-H1 bulb I am in the prosesing of paying the mony since it cost me £50 ($7Cool the bulb was £25 ($39.99) and the shipping was £25 ($39.99)

Can you take a pic of inside the M-400 A? I kind of wonder now since it looks like it's a street side fixture..

@ Ian, nope i think the M-400As had house side sockets. I noticed the socket bracket is different from mine...

Yep Mike is correct, it has a house side socket. I set the M400A upside down so I could operate the A-H1 base up.
