these things are like $5 at my local Benny's Hardware store, though they're LOA brand.

what brand of lamp and ballast is inside, Accupro?

Yep, both lamp and ballast are AccuPro brand. I think I'm going to replace the lamp though. The one that came with it is a warm white lamp and the light it puts out looks kinda weird.

Lithonia 17w T8 Closet light

I was cleaning out my bedroom closet when I accidentally smashed the light bulb when I was getting something off the top shelf. So I decided to get a more "low profile" fixture. This one is a 17w T8 fixture. It cost about $25 at Home Depot.
