I wonder how many pending lawsuits McCain has???
McCain Traffic Supply traffic signal heads are nothing but garbage. Poorly designed, poorly constructed, and cheap junk. When a traffic signal can actually corrode itself to break right off a mount that says alot about the quality.

I guess the housing is made of paper-thin aluminium. Otherwise I don't see how an aluminium housing could corrode to the point of breaking off its mount, aluminium doesn't exactly corrode like steel. It must be REALLY thin for the corrosion to completely get through.

The housings are made of a very low grade aluminum...the worst in the industry. McCain makes cheap junk that cities love because....its cheap

Denver and Colorado has LOTS of McCain traffic signals. Why I have one of them. xD They all are probably polycarbonate... They are installing brand new polycarbonate McCain's with Dialight (new design) Modules in them at the intersection of 285 and University. For some reason the ARROW modules have the crosshatch design on them...

But I do see a design difference on the McCain than the Indicator controls Corp signals I have.. The McCain has the visor completely around, where it cuts away at the bottom they left a small bit of plastic under there and it keeps the visor in-tact, while the indicator controls corp doesn't have that piece of plastic on the bottom...

I don't see aluminum signals used much here, I see more polycarbonate used everywhere, by the state. The McCain's polycarbonate signals aren't that bad, but still are made cheap.
