Pancaked M-400 Reflector
I saw a large shiny piece of metal and my internal lighting instinct went into action and sure enough, I found a reflector to a GE M-400. Unfortunately the thing is pancaked to the point of no return, but I was able to remove the rubber gasket, as you can see, and stuffed it into my pocket lol. You can also see the broken chunk of refractor door that I took too, for the latch.

Looks like a tractor ran over it. Confused

Yep, I think that's what happened, probably when they leveled the place and converted it back to grass and soil. They left half the parking lot though. These 60s GE reflectors are really robust too and hard to dent unlike modern reflectors that can easily be bent with bare hands.

Ouch, Not much left of this M-400. Shocked

Yeah. The light had actually lost its reflector and door while in service so the reflector and door ended up outliving the light itself lol.

Ahh lol, good thing you were still able to salvage the latch and gasket then.

Yeah it's not much, but it's something. Cool
