Philips PL-9 Adapter Restore find, here's a NOS Philips 9w PL adapter. Unlike my other PL-9 adapters this has a offset lamp and ballast which allows for a more compact adapter. Also this one only runs 9w PL lamps while my other ones run 5-7-9w or 7-9w lamps. Keywords: Lamps
