Those signals that are mounted in there are for practice. So the linemen can practice how to put stuff up or take them down.

I dunno why they put it up like that, I guess some sort of practice?

The one thing I don't really get is the horizontal one since all traffic signals in Ontario are vertical and even truss arms aren't that common here.

Anyways cool! I never saw this picture until now. I'm hoping to go here sometime soon, to get some lights. I have a contact at Guild Electric that I know, they also gave me the lights that I gave to you, otherwise they would likely of ended up here.

Here's a shot of the local signal contractor's yard, not sure why they put that odd horizontal signal with the truss arm up in their yard.

By the way that blurry floodlight in the foreground is an small HPS Infranor floodlight that's used to light the train tracks (I was on the subway).
