Nice meter...a (since demolished) house I used to live in had an old Westy electric meter with those 70s-looking "flip-alarm-clock" type digits to display the KWH used...but it had that same spinning disc (which went crazy with the all-electric house at times).
Another house has a Sangamo meter in a GE meter box/breaker box (the branch breakers are in the meter box, not the main only) with the GENERAL (GE) ELECTRIC logo. That place was built in the mid-late 80s while the Westy house was built in 1955. I THINK they were both 100 amp services...next time I'm in PG&E land I'll have to look (it's at my mother's house in California)...
