Philips 70W HPS Ballast
Here's a nice little Philips 70w tritap HPS ballast that was made by Advance that is currently floating around in my collection. I originally got this without a cap but I found a suitable oil filled cap for it and crimped a couple of terminals on the ballast leads to plug into the cap.
