MR-16 Adapter Thing
Found this at Restore, it's a screw in adapter for MR-16 halogens that I guess was for a recessed can. It makes a pretty handy MR-16 tester though.

the adapter alone uses 50 watts?! Shocked Or is that the max wattage it can handle?

It's the max wattage. Razz According to my meter it uses 5w to run a 20w lamp. The adapter is also more or less the size of a HPS reactor so if the transformer burns out I can convert it to a HPS adapter. Wink
