The wood utility poles here are never put in straight. They just get the digger machine and drop it in the ground and don't care if the pole is level. Rolling Eyes As you know, our metal poles are break-away anchor base aluminum poles, so they don't lean too much.

But the lfixture is straight, this must of been like this since the fixture was installed.

That, or they readjusted the fixture after the pole was hit. They do that to wood poles here.
