LOL...its funny... and GOOD eye Colin...those powerbrackets are being serviced by the electrical company...which is PEPCO of course! Same servicer as the streetlights. PEPCO offers private area lighting and usually its the powerbrackets of some kind.
BGE uses different lights for the private area and they have much better utility pole systems in my opinion

I also see a Power Bracket withthe Bowl taped in place, Is the Cherry Picker ther to service the Lights or is it being serviced by Mercadies Benz,
