Hmm. 153W? Neutral Sweet lamps though! Was the increased wattage to make up for the lumen loss with double-life lamps or something?
Silverliner14B   [Jan 11, 2013 at 02:14 AM]
the reason for the increased wattage is to sell more electricity! Shocked Commonwealth edison is the electric utility in the chicago area and at least until recently they were all for selling more electricity. ComEd bulbs of 200w and 300w however had the normal ratings.

I remember ComEd did have 3-way Mogul base with odd wattage as 102-203 or 204 (Can't remember which) and 305 Watt version. We used to get those bulbs for our floor lamp (Which it now converted to (E26) base) Sad

you should convert the lamp back to mogul base!

Those 3 way mogul bases are available for around 10-14 bucks on the bay. I might be getting one so I can properly run my mogul based 3 way bulbs.

Oh yeah you need a special 3-way base to run them. Neutral After you get one can you post the link here?
