These aren't 4' Powergrooves. My 4' Powergroove doesn't have any skips in the grooves like these have. So these are the 8' ones. It's an April Fool's joke. Sad to see any sized Powergrooves getting busted like this. Crying or Very sad

So glad to have caused such controversy on April Fool's Day. You guys picked up on all the nuances in a short period of time. So, here's the scoop. Unfortunately, the picture is real....an entire case of 8' Powergrooves was destroyed due to poor packaging by the company that sent them (and poor handling by the carrier). However, these lamps aren't mine, and the company did replace them. I would have cried for days if I really dropped a case of these. Oh, BTW FGS, my 4' Powergrooves DO have the skips...they were made later than yours.

Ouch!!! Shocked At least its not yours, although its quite unfortunate for that person.

Ohh... Sad Another piece of history bite the dust.

I'm not sure they are really historic, they may of been brand new after all GE still makes them.

They ARE new. I can make out the "Hg" symbol on the etch.
