Converted Preheater

In the same store as the my pic with the slimlines, they kept some of the older preheat fixtures for use in the stairwells where two 8' fixtures won't fit. All of the preheaters have been converted to rapid start though. Not sure if it's because of ballast failure or just a desire to convert to rapid start.
