I like that steel arm. Smile I like that light too. 100w is my favorite HPS wattage. Not sure why thoguh lol.
gailgrove   [Oct 31, 2011 at 08:50 PM]
I don't care for either.

Don't care for what?
gailgrove   [Oct 31, 2011 at 08:53 PM]
The fixture and the arm.

Rolling Eyes

Not sure but this MIGHT be a MacLean arm.... Tony may know..

They've always looked like a cheaper knockoff of the tapered E arms we use. Laughing
LilCinnamon   [Nov 02, 2011 at 02:20 AM]
This is more an upsweep.

In Denver they don't use small Tapered Elliptical arms. They use more arms like this one or maybe different kinds.

I've always thought of upsweeps as more gently curving up, this looks more like a cross between a upsweep and a tapered E. Laughing

Upsweeps are curved like davits. Razz This is more of a cantilever bracket than a upsweep or tapered ellicptical arm. Razz
GullWhiz   [Nov 02, 2011 at 03:16 AM]
I call those a straight upsweep.....
streetlight98   [Nov 02, 2011 at 08:15 PM]
But these are cantilever. No?
Antstar85   [Nov 03, 2011 at 12:59 AM]
The correct term for these arms are cantilever. I'm not sure if this is a Maclean arm since we don't use 2" arms. I am going to try and find the make though.

There are some arms like this here. The pole mount part is the same as an upsweep, but the arm itself is a cantilever
