Crouse Hinds OVM inside.
Here is the inside of the OVM, the reflector is mounted in a different way tha I would of ever expected! Just by a clip, no screws or anything.

Ballast is HUGE, 400w HPS regulated lag ballast, has three coils.

This was pretty clean. I am gonna try and fire it up soon!

The reflector is mounted the same way the Westinghouse reflectors were mounted. My OV25 has a clip in the front that holds it in too.

My OV-25 Tudor is mounted the same way too. But the socket is held in another way.
streetlight98   [Oct 27, 2011 at 02:07 AM]
The socket on mine is held in by a bridge that connects to the housing with ones screw on each side. Can you show pics of your tudor?

Look at that STAIN!!!!! That's all I care about THE STAIN!
LilCinnamon   [Oct 27, 2011 at 02:23 AM]
You know, I see LOTS of other pictures with clutter and more on the background! Don't just get on to me because of one tiny stain.

Plus I just GOT the light! I didn't take this picture to be PERFECT, I took it to show off the light.

a tiny stain? THAT'S NOT TINY! We don't have any STAINS at all in my house...except for ONE stain that is size of a PEA! This one is the same size as the terminal block...and I have one JUST like it from an OV-15! ITS BIG!

By the way, the ballast in this fixture was fried. D: Never noticed it until I plugged it in. So...

I fitted my 400 watt Metal Halide ballast in this fixture. Now this fixture can be both 400 watt Metal Halide AND Mercury Vapor!

Nice. If you want a 400w MV paper tag i have 60 of them. Razz Shocked Laughing

Nice lights Ian! (the three you got) Too bad the ballast is fried.
LilCinnamon   [Oct 27, 2011 at 10:09 PM]
Not exactly FRIED, According to Jace it's fixable, but I just don't have the proper tools and stuff to fix it. xD

BTW I got FOUR lights. I also got a 250 watt HPS 113. I haven't taken pics of it yet though.

Now you know why I thought your collection was so "O_o". Laughing Razz

I'm jealuos of you now Ian. you have Three of my many favorites. Razz
LilCinnamon   [Oct 28, 2011 at 02:14 AM]
You have one model I would like! I don't have any Drop Lens power doors, or any Orignal (except one) MV fixtures.
streetlight98   [Oct 28, 2011 at 09:38 PM]
Mine's not a power door. mine is a split door. I can work on tryign to get a spitdoor M-400 for ya. Most likely it'll be 250w HPS thoguh since that's the most common here.
LilCinnamon   [Oct 29, 2011 at 12:45 AM]
How would you be able to get it? xD

I did get two more streetlights today from that pile, A model 25 FCO and an M-400 A1 FCO. The model 25 I got is older than my other one, it has "ITT" on the door.
streetlight98   [Oct 29, 2011 at 12:06 PM]
I got my M-400 off ebay. i can try and get one for you if I happen to run into a lineman. Since I don't know where they keep the doomed lights here, my only option is to find a light being taken down. even then, i can't garentee that the linman will say yes. The odds are small, but possible.
