There a GE highmast on the 404 that has a missing refractor/reflector but I've never seen one like this before, and it's not turned on yet.

Well I think we're all a bit strange, I mean how many people collect street lights? Laughing Anyways I've seen the GE high masts without their reflector and once one without the top ballast cover, I've also seen two of the new Wide-Lite high masts for this project missing their reflectors too Rolling Eyes

We don't use highmasts in Rhode Island. RIDOT uses M-400s on davits.
