Yeah there was a broken refractor as well as some lamp shards.

No I didn't, I have gotten a few lamps from here before though, I will try to get them.

look like 300 watters to 500 watters

I'da say 300W, since their size is close to the BT-28 merc, they would be PS-30. Plus they have medium base, and the biggest lamp you can get with a medium base is usually 300W.
