Put together as a table lamp!
Original pole too (although shorter..and is in the other way around...(the slipfitter was slipped into the threaded part originally)

Looks pretty good huh? I had to fix the socket area as when I first put it together and tried it...there was a bit of electricity leaking and flowing into the housing that you could get shocked if you touched it while touching grounding.....

That is why it is recommended to ground those kinds of things...esp. if its all metal.....

Good looking lamp, Jace Cool

I think you need a bigger base so the heavy top side can be more stable, what do you think

oh it actually stands up very well....pretty straight, no wobble at all......in fact the bottom is just held with glue.....basically...and a little bit of pressure....the weight in the top is pretty much pushing the whole thing down in the dead middle

I like it, thought I would of kept it outside to light up my drive way Smile

Wouldn't be able to since I don't own the property of where I live and I'm sure the Home Onwers Assicoate wouldn't allow it....
