OV-25 and OVX.....it seems OVX in many places are VERY common as a 400 watt MV replacement.....I have seen OVX used as a 400 watt replacement in NJ, Yonkers New York, of course BGE and PEPCO, Ouray Colorado, and many many places!!!

The OVX's are common in Duquesne Light and Allegheny Power's service areas.

I see a OV 25 , a OVX and I think I see a AE125 in the background.

Yup! All of you are right! And Joe, good eye! There is a 125 in the background!

It is a MV version.. I think I have a pic of it.

We have a LOT of AE 125 in BGE and PEPCO in MD....a LOT! dating from 1988 to 2007

how do you distinguish the Age of an AE 125?
mercuryvaporrocks   [Oct 28, 2010 at 12:58 PM]
The first time I noticed AE 125's was back in early 1989 when Duquesne Light and Allegheny Power first started installing them but quit in the early 90's.
