Yep, seen lots of these all over the Toronto area, I've seen some newer installations by Markham with a 6' taper E arm instead of the 8' one though.

Recently I have noticed the use of the 115 for 70, 150, and 250 watt fixtures instead of the OVZ for the lower two and the OVX for for 250 watts, however the OVX IS still used for 400 watt applications Confused

I have been suspecting that MD, could have actually stopped using OVX or at least slowed down.......there's been more use of OVH lately...........

Texas has ZERO OVH's...but we do have OVF's and OVY's.
