You're going to have to extract the font files (something like *.ttf) and then place them in your OSs font folder, Here's the instructions for Windows.

Go to the 2nd download link on the Wikipedia page
Download the zip file and extract to a new folder
Open the extracted folder and copy the Series C.otf file
Paste the .otf file into your font folder
(start->control panel->fonts)

Homemade NEMA Tags

Here's a bunch of homemade NEMA tags that I made for my for my lights as the real ones are too hard to find. I still have to laminate them and put double sided tape on the back.
