Looks like the fixture at the top left and next to the Bloor Building could be Powerlite B2227's

Those were the first HPS lumes installed in Toronto too, I believe in 1967 or 1968. Shocked The poles lasted until 2006 or so when they were replaced with the current aluminium tapered e ones with 250w MH AE 125s.
