This is the UL listed CWA ballast gear in my AEL125, the cap. has a rubber cover the ignitor is plug in and they used the cloth type insulation for the lamp leads even the ballast strap is galvanized steel instead of aluminum the the others. Interesting, I know for CSA certified lights, a lot also have the rubber cover over the cap and the insulator over the ballast.
