CGE F30T8 Cool White
Here's a couple of old CGE F30T8 lamps that I got from Restore, there was around 4 cases of these still there. The lamp has a single round insulator on it instead of two smaller ones. Thanks to Vince for previously dating these for me to March 1972.

Well, I THINK they're from March '72. I can't be 100% sure, but from my current knowledge, that's what the date codes would date to.
