Megaman 11W CFL Here's a Megaman 11W CFL lamp, this lamp is intended for use in 220-240V countries but it runs fine on a step-up transformer in 120V countries since it is dual frequency ballast (50-60Hz). hmm, I'm guessing it might mean that it's EU Rohs compliant or something like that.
