Lithonia High Pressure Sodium Floodlight Here is a Lithonia 70 watt high pressure sodium floodlight that I bought today at Home Depot. I have wanted a HPS floodlight for a while now and decided to buy one today. It's a nice little light. It's pretty well built. I like that it has a latch for opening the door for relamping. Lithonia High Pressure Sodium Floodlight

Here is a Lithonia 70 watt high pressure sodium floodlight that I bought today at Home Depot. I have wanted a HPS floodlight for a while now and decided to buy one today. It's a nice little light. My 250w MH/MV wallpack didn't have a PC either so i unscrewed one of the conduit caps and put in a button PC. I realize this doesn't have any conduit taps though since this is a floodlight and not a wallpack though. Laughing

There might be some sort of plug you can remove for a PC, my 175w MH flood is like that.

I don't see any plugs to remove for a PC. I'm not installing it anyways so it doesn't have to have a PC. I just wired a extension cord to it so I can fire it up sometimes.

If you did want a PC on this you could simply drill a hole in the housing and install one. Wink

Yeah but im probably not gonna put one on it though. If i did, i would install a twistlock PC receptacle.

IF you were to mount this, you could run a PC in between the fixture and power source. therefore a remote photocell...

Yeah i could do that. Thats what i did with the low voltage landscape lighting in our yard. I wired an orange extension cord to a twist lock photocontrol receptacle, and plugged the low voltage transformer into the other end of the extension cord. I ran the cord through conduit and plugged it into the covered receptacle outside our house and mounted the receptacle right on the edge of the roof. I think its called the eave? I can post a picture if anybody would like me to.
