Thats the only way I can upload pics at this time. My phone takes pretty good pics, the only problem is on overcast days.

Well at least they could replace the ballasts, Wide-Lite still makes them (in MH though)

Advance still makes them too, but also in MH or HPS only.

They'll probably get new fixtures instead of a new ballast. Dunno why, but it seems to be more common than ballast replacement.

They never tend to retrofit older fixtures too often, there's a shopping plaza about 5 miles away from me that replace 400 watt MV fixtures with pulse-start metal halide ones when the older fixtures fail or get damaged.
