This was a FCO,the socket, ballast and capacitor is ok,just the plug-in ignitor went flying out and was crushed by passing traffic. I'm not sure why the NEMA tag is pale yellow to white, this fixture is only from 2004 and wouldn't think that it should fade on the bottom that much as it's not even exposed to sunlight.I have other GE fixtures that have been in service longer with NEMAs which are deeper yellow.
Hey Ian,keep me in mind if you can spare an ignitor.Yes Michael, that's exactly what I did is borrow the ignitor from the M-400R2 to test the ballast,it's working fine.
Do you still have some parts of this light? Like the power door refractor door, ballast bracket, and the bracket that holds the refractor door and power door on in the middle?
How intact are they?
Oh and I have two extra ignitors.. The plastic is a bit busted on one and the other the plastic in the middle on both sides are completly off (that one came with my M-400 A2 that was surprisingly this way when I Got the fixture in the mail)
Well at least the parts are useful.
So that makes 4 ignitors, and I only use two of them.

I cut an M-400 R3 door in half a bit ago.. I thought maybe I could use that as a power-door type thing. xD I am not sure.
