Multi-faceted skylight
More from the tour of this $900K, 4000sq ft house; the master bathroom ceiling is a combination of daylight, fluorescent light and incandescent light above translucent ceiling panels. The blue sink, toilet & tub are...probably irreplaceable.

At one point the en suite was remodeled with a 3 footer fluorscent light fixture covered with transcluent faux ceiling in the 1970s at my old Illinois home and took it down before my parent moved down to Georgia in late 1980s.

My kitchen from 1982 still has one of these ceilings. Above it are some F32T8/850 strips. They used to be LPF F40s but the ballasts tended to blow lamps so I replaced them with T8 ballasts.

Very cool looking! My late mother's house, built in 1988, had one of those illuminated ceilings in the kitchen with 6x Philips F40CWs that were original!

Toilet looks like a Briggs, but not quite all sure. But it definitely looks like a Briggs Conserver toilet, at least to what I see.

But cool ceiling! I mean I like when they do something like that, I mean maybe most places should do that, I guess in a dream house I would own would have ceilings like this, at least on the top floor. But in my house I think it will mostly have LED lighting for the interior, I mean by the time I would be able to own a house of my dreams LED lights might be dominating. xD I dunno, and they would be cheaper.

Just yesterday after seeing this pic I was in someone's 60s-70s mobile home and the bathroom sink and toilet were blue like this! Shocked Laughing
