Nice M-400 R2 here... I wonder how they got it and WHEN they put it there.

Duquesne Light installed a few mercury vapor M-400R2's on Route 8 in Glenshaw ( Shaler Twp.) back in 1989, sadly they're gone now.

Interesting. It's pretty uncommon to see cobraheads used for private lighting in my area.

I've seen a few place use cobraheads instead of wall packs here, and I think I came across a farm with a clamshell instead of a yard blaster.
