I can't open your but I know lights that don't match are because the old light had a failed ballast or ignitor which means they'll replace the entire fixture. I believe most of the GTA cities don't rebuild lights.

If you look around the google street view there is a random cooper ovx on a aluminum pole with all the other powerlites

well since the powerlites aren't made anymore they had to stick in the OVX. any light with the same voltage ballast (and preferably same lamp type and wattage) would work. the light itself is just a cast aluminum shell so it's not a big deal having one mismatched. I like variety but when they're all the same except one it looks odd lol.

is what you're talking about? I noticed that too, I think the pole got knocked down and they decided to put in a metal pole to "match" the other ones, I would've just used a concrete one personally.
