It says that fluorescent lamps uses neon (Instead of low pressure mercury vapour) to produces the UV radiation, what a stupid thinking.  ;D
Edit: The reason for this, is because the terms "Neon" and "Neon lamp" is both hebrew slangs for fluorescent lamps.
