I could look for the error, if I had access to the files, which I don't unfortunately. I actually have good basic skills in web coding!

Well, I got that error when I commented on this pic (http://www.galleryoflights.org/mb/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-8450)

The comment was: "Firefox spell check" and I believe that error showed up on the dbinput.php page, it might have been because the page lagged and it accidentally commented twice.

I've got this error at least 6 or 7 times before, I just reload the page and it seems to go away.

Most likely its just system overload that slows down the host...and I get this kind of message....

I commonly get this type of message very often when I do mass email post announcements (that's why some of you get a few same emails of announcements because of this!) So I get the error, and I try again...
