I think one german guy solve the problem: He does not sell incandescent LIGHT bulbs (banned in all wattages above 60W these days in EU), but  SMALL HEATER  (http://www.express.de/news/politik-wirtschaft/ingenieur-trickste-die-eu-aus/-/2184/4743028/-/index.html) bulbs. For "small heaters" the legislation does not apply and it would be very difficult to pass a ban for 98% efficient device...  :D

Sadly, he let the bulbs to be made in China, he would better buy the lightbulb machinery (it should be available soon as scrap) and made them himself...

What's worse about these bans, somebody going to be making a million dollars off them too which is why they want them passed and they don't care whether we like it or not.  >:(
