Title: 2017 Rte 37 Lighting Issues
Post by: Mike on March 20, 2017, 10:19:12 PM
Well Rte 37 in RI has always had lighting issues at the I-295 interchange. Here's a map of the interchange, complete with all pole numbers and locations. Green dot means pole is present, red dot means missing pole. Blue-purple pencil line denotes wiring faults causing the entire stretch of lighting to be out. No penciling means lights work. As you can see, most of the interchange was knocked out. It happened during out most recent snow storm, which dumped heavy watery snow, which likely seeped into a lot of the old manholes and conduits an shorted stuff out.
