Title: Foreign Words at Gallery Page

I post a comment at Soviet 3000 watt Filament Lamp (http://www.galleryoflights.org/mb/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-10463) that I attempted to insert the cyrillic script in the comment section and returned the ???? mark.  Doesn't seems to accept these extended character codes.  I wondered if this work here in this fourm: ????? for Volt.

@Edit: These extended character codes seems to accept in the fourm.

Different software, some accepts unicode extended characters and some does not.  Forum and gallery are different software, even if they have the same theming on them, and can use each others login and such.

The forum side is powered by Simple Machine Forums and it is more updated than the Coppermine which is the gallery part of the page...
