Guests can't view full size pictures

merc:
While logged in, a picture in an album (the standard view with a reduced size preview, description and comments) can be clicked and the full resolution uploaded picture is shown in a new window.
Guests can only view that reduced size preview - it can't be clicked and viewed in the full size.
I wonder if this could be fixed? Thanks.
