These are NOS 100W HPS OVS as well, but are MULTI-TAP!  here's the link  (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Cooper-Crouse-Hinds-100-watt-HPS-Roadway-Cobra-Light-Fixture-/180864628154?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a1c5f35ba) These have plastic lenses.
