Theres actually tiny wooden poles in that loop on heartlake holding AE 115s and an R37 where the workers set up. I wonder what they will do at these 2 intersections anyways

Methinks tiny wood poles are to light the station they set up! I think the SB 410 needs an off ramp into the Clark commuter lot being constructed! That would explain that temp signal set.
