Had to respond to another service knock down, 3:30 Sunday morning. A hit-and-run. they didnt get to far as there was oil and trans fluid all over, the car was found. We had to wait for SCE (utility) to disconnect the incoming lines, as I barely touche the box and wires started to arc. Like this I installed a temporary breaker box to get the signals working as well as safety lights.
