GE M-250A2 FCO With Glass Refractor: Converted to 250W MH/MV!
I have a spare Powr/Door module for my M-250A2 so I converted the spare door to 250W MH/MV. The door came from George and the ballast bracket was custom made by Darren. Thanks guys! I repainted the door, added the NEMA label, and wired up the ballast.

Thanks! Very Happy I got the screws to hold the ballast to the bracket today so this baby is up and running. Very Happy

I haven't had any new streetlights for a while, since I am moving to Arkansas I dunno how I can get more, and I dunno if I should get more. I know I want some more but the move would make it hard plus lack of money. But nice fixture! Looks great.

Do you plan to remain in Arkansas? If so, you could grow your collection once your settle down there and save up some money. Hopefully you can befriend some maintenance people or utility workers and you could get some cheaply to kickstart your collection again. Which lights do you still have? I know you unfortunately had to toss a bunch. Sad

Thanks! Yeah this is definitely one of my favorite street lights out there. It's installed outside now with it's flat glass (this is actually an FCO light) with a /DX Sylvania mercury vapor lamp. You can see a slight difference in the color of the refractor door and powr/module.
