Looks new, it might be an AEL.

The siren is a Sterling model M i believe.

yeah it does look like a Sterling,the company still exists though it was renamed sentry i believe.

The NEMA is probably a Cooper RMA judging by the NEMA label. It has "HPS" in the bottom right corner. AEL's labels don't have the lamp type printed on them.
