this is actually a used lamp from 1997 and had about 10 years or more of service...those 1997 Philips MV and HPS actually last quite a while!

Nice! And yes, Jace is right about the 90s Philips HIDs. There are a good number of 50W HPS Thomas & Betts 113s from the 90s here with their original Philips HPS lamps. The Philips lamps were only used in the 113s here though. Any other fixture (including some of the 113s) used GE HPS lamps. You can always tell if a GE HPS here has its original lamp since the old pre-2000s GE HPS lamps start of greenish like a MV.
